About this release
Euphoria is Xeqan’s meeting point between cinematic emotion and the rhythmic energy of Afro House and Latin House. Inspired by a Mediterranean sunset and human connection, the track translates the feeling of golden hour into a dance-oriented production.
The 122 BPM foundation supports a trumpet lead, Afro percussion, deep basslines, and cinematic background textures. Shakers, congas, and drums give the rhythm its movement; the trumpet brings a voice that can feel soulful, melancholic, and triumphant within the same phrase.
For Xeqan, this change of setting keeps the same artistic intention: to leave an emotion that lasts beyond the music. The production carries ideas from his piano and soundtrack work into another musical space, with B minor as its tonal centre. It is an invitation to experience that expression through rhythm as well as melody.
